To View the Word Documents

You will need a version of Word on your computer (available for both PC and Mac). If you do not have Word but have a PC the documents can be viewed by opening them in 'WordPad' (Start / Programs / Accessories / WordPad) - it's an older version of Word. All North East Lincolnshire school offices have Word.

When you click on a link a Word document will appear (within the program that you are viewing the Internet - probably Internet Explorer). Or you may see a window that asks if you want to open or save it. Click on 'Open'.

To save the document to your computer click on 'File' then 'Save As', name the document or use the original title. Make sure you note where you save it (usually 'My Documents' on a PC). You now have an alterable document to adapt for your school.

To get back to this page from the Word document click on the 'Back' button on the top left hand side.
