desirable some of time.
It is best to buy
or acquire resources that are flexible and can serve many purposes.
It is better to
plan the permanent form of your outdoor area with flexibility in mind.
Vandalism may be
a potential problem, in which case portable equipment and vandal proof
storage will be required.
