   Behaviour Management::

Bespoke training is available for all secondary staff including senior managers, middle managers, classroom teachers, NQTs, teaching assistants, Student Support Unit staff, learning mentors, non-classroom based support staff, lunchtime supervisors and governors.

Courses range from 1 hour to 1 day and may be on an individual or large group basis.

Content will be designed to suit the individual needs of the school but usually include;
• Learning to behave
• Emotions and behaviour
• Behaviour as a whole school issue
• Strategies for managing behaviour
• Climate for learning.

There is no cost for this training. However, schools may need to arrange cover for some staff as well as considering possible overtime costs for twilight or Inset day training for non-teaching staff.
